How fast is the server online after I pay?
About a minute. It is created automatically when the payment goes through, and you get an email with your login.
Do I need to know Linux or servers?
No. Start, stop, files and settings are buttons in the panel.
Can I bring my existing world or save?
Yes. Upload it through the file manager or SFTP, restart, and continue.

Can I install plugins and mods?
Yes, for every game that supports them. Each game guide in the docs shows how.

Dallas, TX. Central to most of the US, so ping stays low coast to coast.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade from the billing area. It applies within minutes and you only pay the difference.

Is the price on the page the full price?
Yes. No setup fees and no add-ons for DDoS protection or the console.
How do I cancel?
From the billing area, in one click. The server runs until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
New game servers can be refunded within 72 hours of the first payment. The refund policy has the details.
