The short version
Punshik is pre-launch. Right now the only personal data we collect is a waitlist email, plus cookie-free page statistics and basic security logs. Once paid services launch we will also collect what is needed to run and bill them. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.
What we collect now
- Waitlist emails: if you join a waitlist we keep your email and the product you chose, and we use it for a single launch announcement. Nothing else.
- Technical logs: IP addresses and request logs for security and abuse prevention, kept for a limited time.
- Website analytics: aggregate, cookie-free page statistics.
What we will collect once services launch
- Account and billing data: name, email, billing address and payment records, kept in our billing system for as long as you have an account and for the period tax law requires afterwards.
- Service data: the files and settings on your server. We would access them only to provide support you asked for or to keep the platform safe.
Who processes it
Our website is served by Vercel and the waitlist is stored with Supabase; each processes data only on our instructions. Once paid services launch, payments will be handled by our payment provider under their own terms and game servers will run in US data centres.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to the support address on the contact page. Deleting your account deletes your services and their data.
Cookies
The website uses no tracking cookies. The billing area sets the cookies needed to keep you logged in.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and note the review date at the top.
