Invoices and payment methods
When invoices are issued, how to pay and how to update your card.
Invoices
An invoice is issued before each renewal date and emailed to you. Pay it from the billing area; the service stays active as long as invoices are paid on time.
Payment methods
Saved cards are managed in the billing area under payment methods. Remove a card any time; add a new one before the next invoice.
Overdue invoices
If an invoice is not paid by the due date the service is suspended. Paying the invoice unsuspends it automatically. After a longer period the service is terminated and its files deleted, so pay or cancel before then.
